Shipping Regions & Delivery Timelines Total estimated delivery time: 10-35 business days We provide international shipping to most countries and regions globally. All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in China, subject to stock availability and your delivery destination.
Our team will spend 2–5 business days handling order verification, quality checks and packaging preparation prior to dispatch.
Once the parcel ships out, delivery lead times differ depending on your receiving region. The times listed below are estimates only. Delays may occur for remote areas, severe weather, courier backlogs, customs inspection or other unexpected events outside our control. Shipping Fees Shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout according to your order total and destination country/region. Our shipping rate rules are as follows: Order value US$0 – US$49.99: Flat shipping rate US$4.99 Order value US$50 and above: Complimentary standard shipping
Order Tracking After your goods leave our warehouse, a shipment notification email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered mailbox. You may enter this tracking ID anytime to view real-time logistics updates of your package.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and local administrative fees imposed by the receiving country. Such extra charges are not covered by product prices or shipping fees. The courier may request payment of these fees when your parcel arrives.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels We work with reputable international courier partners to secure parcel delivery. If tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please reach out to our customer service within 10 business days after the marked delivery date. We will launch an official inquiry with the shipping carrier. Claims submitted beyond this time window will not be accepted.
Delivery Address Updates Address changes can only be accepted before your order is dispatched. Once the package is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please carefully verify your full shipping details before completing checkout.
